These Terms explain how our website and credit services work. If you become a client, your signed Credit Service Agreement contains the specific services, fees, and billing terms that apply to you. If these website Terms conflict with your signed agreement, your signed agreement controls.
Before we begin credit repair services, you must receive and sign the required documents, including your Credit Service Agreement, Authorization for Credit Repair Action, Consumer Credit File Rights disclosure, and Notice of Cancellation. Submitting a form or receiving a free evaluation does not enroll you in paid services.
We may review your credit reports with you, identify information that may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unverifiable, help prepare disputes, provide credit education, and discuss responses or next steps. The services provided to you are described in your signed agreement.
We cannot require a credit bureau or creditor to remove accurate information. We do not guarantee a deletion, a particular credit score, loan approval, or a specific time to achieve a result. Results depend on your credit history, the information available, and how creditors and credit bureaus respond.
You can dispute inaccurate information on your credit reports yourself, directly with the credit bureaus, for free. You do not have to hire E&L Legacy Group LLC to exercise that right. You also have the right to cancel a credit repair contract within three business days of signing it, without charge, as explained in your Notice of Cancellation.
Our services may include a one-time setup fee and a monthly service fee. Your signed Credit Service Agreement states the amounts, what each fee covers, and when each payment is due. Any applicable third-party credit monitoring subscription is separate and will be identified before you choose to purchase it.
We do not charge for a free credit evaluation. We charge for paid services only when permitted by applicable law and under the terms of your signed agreement. A setup fee is not a payment for services that have not yet been performed. Signing an agreement or reaching a billing date by itself does not make an advance fee lawful. Federal rules can impose additional payment restrictions when credit repair services are sold through telemarketing.
You may request cancellation of ongoing services at any time using the contact method in your signed agreement. Cancellation stops future services and billing as described there, subject to charges lawfully due for services already performed. Your three-business-day cancellation right after signing is explained separately in your Notice of Cancellation.
Please provide accurate information, review documents we send you, and tell us about responses you receive from credit bureaus or creditors. Do not submit information you know is false or claim identity theft for an account that is yours.
Information on this website is for general education. It is not legal, tax, lending, or financial advice. Examples of past client outcomes are individual examples; they do not predict what will happen in your case. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and those websites have their own terms and privacy practices.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information submitted through the website. If you provide contact information, we may respond to your request through the contact methods you provided, subject to applicable law and any choices or consent you give. Do not send your full Social Security number or sensitive account details through a general website chat or contact form.
We may update these website Terms and post a new “Last updated” date. Changes to your paid services or fees are governed by your signed agreement and applicable law.
Important: No credit repair company can guarantee results. Results and timelines vary. We recommend allowing 6–8 months to evaluate your progress.
You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit report directly with the credit bureaus at no cost.
E&L Legacy Group is independent of Grace Auto Group. Grace Auto Group does not provide credit repair services and is not responsible for our services. A referral does not affect your eligibility for financing at Grace Auto Group, and approval and rates are decided by lenders.
