Yes. Your personal recorded video evaluation from E&L Legacy Group is free. The $1 is for ordering your credit reports through the credit monitoring provider. It is not a charge for our evaluation.

Please allow some time for us to review all three reports and record your walkthrough. We’ll send your video by email once it’s ready.

The $1 is charged by Credit Hero Score during onboarding for your 3-bureau credit reports. It starts a 7-day trial of their credit monitoring service.

Credit Hero Score credit monitoring is $19.99/month after the 7-day trial unless you cancel monitoring. Please review their current price and cancellation terms during onboarding.

After your free evaluation, there’s a $149 one-time setup fee, followed by $97/month for ongoing credit repair services starting 30 days after the setup fee. See full pricing.

Just let us know by text or email after your evaluation. The setup fee is charged unless you tell us you don’t want to move forward.

Yes. Credit monitoring is required while you use our credit repair service.

Yes. Our monthly credit repair service can be cancelled anytime.

No. Accurate information cannot be removed simply because it’s negative. Any challenge must be based on information that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, unverifiable, or doesn’t belong to you.

Results and timelines vary. We recommend allowing 6–8 months to evaluate your progress.

No. We can’t guarantee any change to your credit or any financing decision. Approval and rates are decided by lenders. Our goal is to help make sure your credit report is accurate and to help you build positive history.

Yes. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit report directly with the credit bureaus at no cost.
